Refund policy
These conditions apply to consumer purchases on the BERRIVAL website, including ANMA preorders. Mandatory statutory rights are always preserved.
Withdrawal and returns
You may notify us of your decision to withdraw, without giving a reason, within 14 days of delivery. If a single order is delivered in separate shipments, the period starts when the last item is received. You may also withdraw before delivery.
Use the return and cancellation functions in your customer account, email berrivalbrand@gmail.com, or send the seller an explicit statement. Include your name, order number and the items concerned. The form below is optional. Your right of withdrawal does not depend on discretionary authorisation.
Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. The deadline is met if you hand the parcel to the carrier before it expires. You pay the direct return shipping costs when you change your mind: choose a carrier and purchase the return shipment yourself. Keep proof of posting.

Trying on your shoes
You may try ANMA as you would in a shop to check its characteristics and fit. We recommend a clean surface and protective packaging. Handling beyond what is necessary for this check may lead to a refund reduction proportionate to the loss in value. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the entire order, we refund the payments received, including any standard delivery charge paid. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option chosen by you are not refundable. For a partial withdrawal, we refund the returned items and any amounts due under applicable law.
We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise at no cost to you. If the goods have been delivered, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, unless we offered to collect them. The time for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider.
Size exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order and requested size. Exchanges depend on stock: we produce a limited number of extra pairs. You pay the return shipment; BERRIVAL pays to send the replacement pair. We will confirm availability and instructions before you send it back. If your size is unavailable, your right to withdraw and receive a refund within the applicable deadlines remains unaffected.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an incorrect item or find a defect, contact us. Your order number, a description and any photos help us resolve the issue. You do not bear the necessary costs of remedying a seller error or a defect covered by the statutory guarantee.
New goods carry a two-year statutory conformity guarantee from delivery, without prejudice to any more favourable rights under applicable law. Remedies include free repair or replacement and, where provided by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit this guarantee.
