Seller and scope
These terms govern consumer purchases on the BERRIVAL website. The seller is I.M&T snc di Mauro Tedeschi & C., an Italian general partnership (società in nome collettivo), with registered office at Via Papa Giovanni XXIII 9, 62014 Petriolo (MC), Italy; VAT number IT02119470439, tax code 02119470439. Products and orders
Product characteristics, variants, size guide, price and any preorder timings appear on the product page. Before confirming, check the items, colours, sizes, quantities, contact details and delivery address. You can correct your details before submitting the order.
Final confirmation creates an obligation to pay the amount shown at checkout. You will receive an email with the order summary and status. If payment is pending, follow the instructions provided: acknowledgement of an order does not itself confirm successful payment.
Prices and payments
Currency, applicable taxes, shipping charges and the total payable are displayed during purchase before confirmation. Available payment methods are those offered at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase, preorders are paid in full when ordered.
The price applied is the price confirmed for your order; later price changes do not alter it. The conditions and duration of any offers are stated on the website.
Preorders and delivery
An item marked as a preorder is not dispatched immediately. The ordering period, expected production start and delivery window are stated on the product page before purchase and summarised in the relevant confirmation. The estimate covers production and delivery. We will inform you of changes by email, without prejudice to statutory remedies for delay.
If we cannot supply the ordered product, we will inform you and refund the amounts due; we will not substitute other items without your consent. The destinations served and shipping options actually available are shown at checkout. When the parcel is handed to the carrier, you will receive the available tracking information.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer on taking physical possession of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions where the consumer independently selects a carrier not offered by the seller.
Withdrawal, exchanges and guarantee
The right of withdrawal also applies to ANMA preorders. You may notify us before delivery and up to 14 days after receiving the last item in the order. The procedure, return costs, refunds, size exchanges and guarantee are described in our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
The statutory conformity guarantee and all other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Manufacturing an item after a preorder does not automatically make it a personalised product excluded from withdrawal.
Support, privacy and applicable law
For assistance or complaints use the seller's contact details, giving your order number if available. Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy.
Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the applicable law of their country of residence. Mandatory rules on the competent consumer court remain unaffected. The version of the terms communicated at purchase applies.
